is for Paintshop Pro. (The caps are from PSP8, but work in PSP7 aswell)
How to make scan
lines like in this image:
Well, you start
with the original image:
Go Effects>Texture
Effects>Blinds...
When you click
on 'Blinds...' another box will popup:
In this box,
the width NEEDS to be set at '2' - any higher, and it just starts to look
daft. You can change the colour of the scan lines by clicking on the colour
box. You can also change the Opacity to suit your own needs, aswell as deselecting
the Horizontal box, if you'd prefer to have Vertical lines.
Click OK, and you're done!
