Correction Tutorial
This tutorial
is for Painshop Pro. (The caps are from PSP8, but it also works in PSP7)
Have you got
a horrible dark picture that you can barely make out what the picture is of?
Kind of like this one?
Well, here's
how to make it so that you can actually see who's in the picture.
Go to Adjust>Color
Balance>Fade Correction... - in Paintshop Pro 7, this option is in the
Effects menu. A new box will pop up:
You can adjust
the amount of correction; I usually keep it at 100 to ensure that the colour
is fully restored. Click OK, and you're done! This is your result:
Now, this effect usually works, but sometimes it doesnt. It's hit and miss usually,
but it's very useful when it does work!
